Build a list of companies to partner with

notion image
Find on Google Maps and/or on local professional association website companies that share your location and industry but are not competitors. eg. other stores in your area, other marketing agencies in your area that have a different focus, other social media scheduling tool that focus on other social media
Find using Google search bar companies that cover other Jobs To Be Done for the same customer segment that you serve. eg. you are building a tool that allows attorneys store, tag and search emails and create reports. What other companies target attorneys? Maybe companies that provide electronic signature services? Or companies that help they file reports?
Find big brands that your product can build integrations with. Try to include as much young but promising players and startups as you can. eg. Notion, Zapier, Figma, Webflow, etc.
