Tony reached out to us, and we thought the idea was cool. We like what he’s doing and he liked what we were doing, and the products are complementary.
I’d say we’ve been working on it for 3 weeks.
Details: there is no revenue split or anything financial in this deal. Just a good old fashion partnership.
There is no official agreement. We believe in being quick on our feet. If this turns out to be a very big strategic thing, maybe we’ll think of doing something in writing, but right now it’s more like a « handshake deal ».
It’ll be interesting to measure the amount of clicks on the CTAs and see how many new users are coming in from this. Nothing more than these simple KPIs for now.
